The archives consist of a collection of almost 8,000 images, most of them relating to the history of Catalonia.



Mauthausen. A photographic chronicle of a concentration camp.

Selection of photographs from the Amical Mauthausen Collection, made up of 500 negatives of photographs taken in the Nazi concentration camp of Mauthausen, Austria. The photographs were taken between 1940 and 1945 by the Identification Section of the SS and by the photographer Francesc Boix, a Republican who was deported to the camp.



The Caribbean at the beginning of the 20th century.

A selection of photographs from the Güell Family Collection. A photographic documentary of Cuba, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Venezuela between 1900 and 1910.
