Recommendations

Group visits must be booked in advance, regardless of whether you request a monitor or not.

Requests for a guided tour of the museum and the temporary exhibitions for groups must be made two weeks in advance.

Groups

Every group must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult.

Activities must be prepared for groups or classes of 25 pupils.
Groups of more than 20 must be accompanied by at least two responsible adults.

Punctuality

You are asked to be punctual to ensure that activities run as planned. If for any unforeseen reason the group will arrive late, the museum must be notified by phone.

Confirmation letter and paying-in slip

Once you have booked your visit, the museum will send you a confirmation letter, which you must bring with you on the day of your visit. If you will be touring the museum with a monitor, you must bring the bank paying-in slip for this service on the day of your visit.

Open-plan space

This space, equipped with tables and chairs, is available on the fourth floor for groups to use as a rest, breakfast or lunch area.
